The poor are more vulnerable than any other group to natural catastrophes, as they lack sufficient resources to recover on their own.
Since 2013, The Resilient Housing Program has designed models of resilient houses while raising funds and providing financial support for poor, near-poor and disadvantaged households to build safe houses, thereby mitigating the adverse impacts of natural disasters on their daily lives.
THE RESILIENT HOUSING PROGRAM
is a community development project with the aim of building resilient houses for disadvantaged households and supporting the formation of safe villages for communities affected by natural disasters and climate change.
